Emergency teams rescue people from floodwaters in Cuba

Downpours and heavy storms in central and eastern Cuba prompted urgent evacuations over the weekend. Local media in Granma province reported some 7.200 people had to be evacuated. About 10.000 houses have reportedly been damaged overall due to the heavy rains and floods.
