Well, she should know now - as Dag passed 100 years young on Tuesday May 23rd 2023 at the Terrance Cardinal Cooke Healthcare Residence - a hell on earth - for those without means or family - or family who care.

Dag was born Sept 6th 1923 in NYC and spent most her entire life as a very single bon vivant - full of fire & spit - the East Village.

Her friends, but especially her building neighbors (229 East 12th St) were her family. She could be a pain in the ass, but she was fun and as sharp as a whip to the very end.
