As an Indo Canadian couple we have many aspects of our culture we love sharing! One of them being food, we love to try food from both our rich cultures and today was the day when my Indian boyfriend used a full size Canadian BBQ for the first time. For the perfect fusion, we used Indian spices (aka "Masala") for the marinade.
