Cyberbullies Play Dirty And Try To Make It Look Like I Leaked Private Information First

Some cyberbullies I am fighting back at play dirty and try and make it look like I leaked their private information first.
Note that they leaked their victims' private information first, then tried playing innocent in Twitter.
Why does YouTube side with the cyberbullies by doing barely anything and blame the victims, but Twitter will do something about it?
