Blouse piping

Position the piping on the blouse: With the right side of the blouse facing up, lay it flat on your work surface. Take the piping and position it along the edge of the blouse neckline where you want the piping to be inserted. The raw edges of the piping should be aligned with the raw edge of the neckline.
