Steal the strategy that we’ve used to DOUBLE the value of not one but TWO of our self storage facilities!

With this property in Lake Placid, FL there wasn’t a lot of add value to be done. That is until we spoke with the seller and looked at the PNL and discovered that he was utilizing many units himself and was allowing certain people like friends and family members to use units either for free or at seriously discounted rates!

Being able to charge those tenants full price and fill up the units that the owner was using himself we were able to INSTANTLY increase the value of the property on just that alone.

Adding value isn’t super complicated. Most of the time you will know exactly what you need to do to add value just by having a simple conversation with the seller.
