40 Glocc has collaborated with musicians like Havoc, The Alchemist, and Dr. Dre. In addition, he has been promoting his label ZooLife Ent. while working with his band, the "Zoo Babies." Additionally, he has performed on tour with groups like G-Unit, Mobb Deep, Ray J, Snoop & Doggpound, and many others. He has a song called "Where the Hammers At?" that was released, and the song's beat was eventually repurposed as the beat for Rider Pt. 2 by G-Unit. Later, he produced a remix of "Hammers" that included G-Unit and each of their individual Rider Pt. 2 verses. Ras Kass, a rapper linked with 40 Glocc, was signed to his label Zoo Life in the late fall of 2010. In that same year, he released a downloadable street album titled "COPS" with contributions from Jayo Felony, Tip Toe, Tony Yayo, and others. 2011 saw the release of the album "Graveyard Shift" by 40 Glocc and Spider Loc. His debut solo record was released the following year.
n 1996, 40 Glocc was arrested following a shootout with police outside the Arbor Terrace apartment complex in Colton, and was charged with attempted murder of a police officer.
In June 2008, a video was posted online of 40 Glocc holding two diamond Young Money necklaces, previously taken from Young Money recording artist Tyga. 40 Glocc held the necklaces for ransom after a fellow member of his entourage took them from Tyga. Both necklaces were reportedly bought back by Lil Wayne in "Cash Money".
A video that was uploaded online in October 2009 showed 40 Glocc and members of the Colton City Crips Gang attending Florida rapper Plies' video shoot to assess his street cred. Jamie Foxx, who was around as Plies was due to be approached by 40 Glocc, reveals that Plies fled to the restrooms and locked himself inside while the video shoot, which also featured Foxx, was being shot in Los Angeles. He asserts that Plies returned to the video shoot without jewelry because he was terrified for his life.
At the Los Angeles Sports Arena's Cage vs. Cons event in May 2011, 40 Glocc and Compton Menace of Black Wall Street got into a physical brawl. According to reports, G-Unit and Black Wall Street had a protracted argument that led to the altercation.
