Watch as I take Aston Martin from one of the worst teams on the grid to one of the best.
Season one was not entertaining as constant P15 and P18 results are not ideal, so I took care of that before starting here in Season 2. Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll had their contracts expiring at the end of season one, so I decided to capitalize on that and sign on two rookies for 5 seasons each. After signing Logan Sargeant, Liam Lawson, and a few other staff members, I took my upgraded facilities and researched components to improve the performance of the racecars. Keep in mind that the rookie drivers have low ratings compared to the other drivers on the grid and they could end up going wide on turns, spinning, or even crashing into other drivers more frequently than is usual. I intend to develop both drivers quickly, so they improve those stats.
The previous race was round 15 for the Dutch Grand Prix. Logan Sargeant started 8th on the grid and Liam Lawson started 11th. Logan was able to climb up for a 6th place finish, while Liam locked up and crashed, not able to finish the race session.
This race is round 16 of the calendar for the Italian Grand Prix. Let us see if Logan can move up from 14th on the grid, and if Liam can do the same from 12th.
