US laws 'apply to everyone' -Trump prosecutor

U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is leading the prosecution against former President Donald Trump over the retention of classified documents, said in a brief statement: "Our laws that protect national defense information are critical to the safety and security of the United States, and they must be enforced."
