David Goggins, a retired Navy SEAL and ultramarathon runner, has broken the world record for pull-ups. He completed 4,030 pull-ups in just over 17 hours, lifting a total of 846,300 pounds.

Goggins has been training for this record for years. He started by doing 100 pull-ups a day, and gradually increased the number of pull-ups he did each day. He also worked on his strength and endurance by running marathons and ultramarathons.

On the day of the record attempt, Goggins started at 6am and did pull-ups for 17 hours straight. He took a few breaks to eat and drink, but he never stopped pulling up.

At the end of 17 hours, Goggins had completed 4,030 pull-ups. He had lifted a total of 846,300 pounds, breaking the previous record by over 1,000 pounds.

Goggins's record-breaking performance is an inspiration to anyone who is trying to achieve their goals. It shows that anything is possible if you set your mind to it and never give up.
