Captain America 1990 Movie

Captain America wakes up in 1992 to save the President of the United States from a crime family that dislikes his environmentalist policies.

Following WWII while Cap was frozen, the Red Skull, whose name is Tadzio De Dantis, became the leader of a powerful crime family. In the 1960s, the shadow organization hired the Red Skull and his thugs to murder various Americans who were against militarism and fascism, such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., President John F. Kennedy, and Robert Kennedy.
