Why Is SpaceX Starlink Throttling Again?

It looks like SpaceX Starlink might be back to throttling again. The size and duration of longer downloads may trigger speed throttling.

Is this type of automatic internet speed throttling only happening to customers in certain regions or is this a global event?

1. Are your SpaceX Starlink speeds slowing down when downloading large files?

2. How many minutes of downloading until the throttling hits?

3. Where are you located and how much are your speeds being reduced?
