Biden Says He's Not Directing DOJ but Publicly Called for Jan 6 Subpoena Deniers to Be Prosecuted

President Joe Biden responded to a question on Thursday why Americans should trust the Department of Justice by claiming that he had never told the department to charge, or not to charge, any individual. But Biden publicly said on October 15, 2021, that those who defied subpoenas from the Democrat-run January 6 Committee should be prosecuted.
