The Denver Nuggets smacked the Miami Heat in Miami to go up 2-1 in the NBA Finals series. Jokic is channeling the ghost of Russell Westbrook, becoming a walking triple-double before our very eyes.

› The Carolina Journal Reports: North Carolina's legislature is set to ban the use of ESG and ETI factors in investment criteria by and through two (2) bills, Senate Bill 737 and House Bill 750. Of particular note is how the bills respectively define and identify "Environmental, Social, and Governance" and "environmentally targeted investments requirements."

› All Media Reports: Fox News has notified Tucker Carlson that his Tuesday show as published on Twitter is a violation of his contract with Fox, which has been reported to read in relevant part that Tucker is, "prohibited from rendering services of any type whatsoever, whether 'over the internet via streaming or similar distribution, or other digital distribution whether now known or hereafter devised.'" Norm and Mike dive into the legal merits and pose the questions: does Tucker wield enough support to pay any alleged damages claimed by Fox and still come out ahead? Would a court grant injunctive relief to Fox?
