PUBG is broken part two!

The first video shows what I believe is a wall hacker!

The other two show me hitting, or in this case NOT hitting WTF I hit!

Please explain it were it makes sense! Cause I thought if a bullet comes from a gun, and the center of the scope, or cross-hires are on target it is supposed to hit? That is just my common sense talking... I could be wrong!
