H. Upmann 1844 Special Edition Barbier Toro Cigar Review - This 6x54 barber pole stick features twin wrappers in Connecticut and Sumatra with a very hefty feel, firm buttery smooth pack and feel, large double cap and pungent sweet nutty cocoa aroma. First light reveals a snug draw with medium bodied smoke showing a vegetal sweetness with a very smooth light wood core on a short buttery soft finish. The first third finally improves the draw but still just medium bodied notes and a shortish finish. Flavors did completely shift though going to a slight vanilla, leather and coffee. Ending at a slow 1:45 the last third showed no changes.
