Larry Marker joins me to explain the significance of his unprecedented filing in court two days ago. His filing aims to stop the unlawful actions of the NM Secretary of State who is blatantly violating the NM Constitution by circumventing the Legislature and making her own laws to prevent New Mexicans from exercising their right to referendum.
