Mylon LeFevre of the Holy Smoke Doo Dah Band fame runs into Chuck Brown and his Soul Survivors for a different kind of Segue City Special today as they examine their relationships with Jesus. Not a bad thing to have in perspective when you consider what passes for human nature these days... but then again the more things change, the more they stay the same and that's a good thing too.

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
