Parsley jam
ingredients ;
Cleaned parsnips 700 grams
Sugar 700 grams
Half a glass of water
Cardamom powder, one third of a spoon
First, we wash the parsnips and remove the skin and core (if you want, you can put the parsnip with the skin).
Pour the parsley and sugar into the pot in layers and let it rest in the refrigerator for 12 hours until the parsley drains.
Then we put it on the heat and add water and cardamom powder to it and increase the heat until the jam boils
When it boils, we reduce the heat very much and cover the pot and let it boil for an hour on low heat
After an hour, we add lemon juice and take a little of the jam syrup and put it in the refrigerator. If it reaches the desired consistency, it means the jam is ready.
