KANDAHAR

The film Kandahar focuses on the character played by Butler, Tom Harris. He is a CIA undercover agent.

One day he is given a new mission that requires him to fly to Afghanistan. Even though he accepts the mission given, at the same time he doesn't really want to do it. The reason is that he finds it complicated and difficult to speak the mother tongue of the people there and also to adapt to their culture.
Fortunately, a figure named Mohammad (Navid Negahban) appears. Mohammad then acted as a translator and you could say as a tour guide for Tom while in Afghanistan.
But unfortunately the arrival of the two had been known from the start by the enemy, namely the Iranian allied forces.

Knowing this, Tom immediately took the initiative to escape. So, the only route or the closest escape location is to the city of Kandahar. Which, indeed, is the second largest city in Afghanistan after Kabul.

However, to get to the city, Tom and Mohammad had to cover a distance of 645 kilometers. Apart from that far, both of them also have to travel by land. Which of course this right is very high risk. Because Iran's allied forces can certainly catch up with them sooner or later.
