Beef Braciole With Cheese Restaurant Style
Welcome to our channel! In this video, we'll be showing you how to make a delicious and savory beef braciola with cheese recipe that's sure to impress everyone at the dinner table. This classic Italian dish features thin slices of top round beef that are rolled up with a flavorful mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, garlic, and olive oil. To make it even more delicious, we add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese. The beef rolls are then seared until golden brown and finished off in the oven for a perfectly cooked and cheesy dish. Ingredients:
6 thin slices of top round beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Kitchen twine
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Lay the slices of beef flat on a cutting board. Divide the bread crumb mixture among the slices of beef, spreading it evenly over each slice. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the bread crumb mixture.
Roll up the slices of beef and secure them with kitchen twine.
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef rolls on all sides until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
