We've all been there. The diet is going well, the pounds are flying off and then the holiday happens. Or maybe it's traveling for work. Maybe you've got family to visit and you'll be out of town for a while.

For most people the diet ends here. If we want to succeed we need to be prepared. Join me as I take you through an action plan to keep you on track even when you're on the road away from home.

We need to cover 3 key areas: Getting our steps in, eating the right food, and getting some exercise.

Now none of these are going to be as good as if we were at home in our normal routine. But every bit counts, and if you can get creative, you can not only stay on track but can actually continue making progress even on the road.

In this video I will give you a few tips on how to get those steps sky high, get your meals right with a focus on protein dominant meals, and a simple but effective circuit that you can use in just about any hotel gym across the globe!
