Baking the Perfect Bigne in the Gozney Dome Pizza Oven

In this video, we are baking some delicious bigne in a Gozney Dome pizza oven! This was so much fun to experiment with, I thoroughly enjoyed testing out the different temperatures. The bigne also came out delicious and dry on the inside, with complete hollowed out shells. Incredible!

BIGNE RECIPE
100 grams water
100 grams milk
100 grams butter
5 eggs
150 grams flour
2 tablespoons sugar

Bake in the Gozney Dome oven with Gas option, preheat to 400 degrees Celsius and allow to cool to 375 Degrees Celsius. At this point you can add in your bignes. Make sure the gas / fire has been completely turned off and the Rope Sealer Door is attached. I also blocked off the chimney to help trap in the heat.
