The Desolation of Europe

The remainder of Isaiah 17 describes medieval Europe: the persecution of the Jews, the Black Plague that killed 40% of Europe’s population, and the Protestant Reformation. All of which Isaiah said would occur just prior to the destruction of Damascus in AD 1400.
