This is the best twelve minute abdominal routine . You need to download a boxing timer to your phone . You are going to do three different exercises.Each exercise is one three minute round .Don’t bother to count the reps you will drive yourself crazy . For best results do this three times a week . Just work through the round and do as much as you can . The fist exercise is straight leg sit ups . The second exercise is leg lifts . The third exercise is twists , so if your left knee is up bring your right elbow to your knee . if your right knee is up bring your left elbow to your knee . With this exercise you should rotate every thirty seconds until the three minute round is finished.
