On a mission to save America - Anita Stewart - Intelligence Operations

Anita has been a Social Media Director and Virtual Outreach Coordinator for tech start ups and environmental and political campaigns, an activist, writer, blogger, photographer and musician. Anita grew up in her father’s radio station. She is a USAF veteran and worked as an Intelligence Operations Specialist in the US and Europe. She studied English, Film, Media, Political Science and Journalism while active duty.
From 911 and onward, Anita joined with or created many grassroots movements, environmental action and pro-peace organizations to include: Veterans for Peace Chapter 119, Code Pink Tampa Bay and Stop Sabal Trail Pipeline. From 2006 until 2016 Anita was on staff for various local, state and federal political campaigns including Kucinich for President 2008 (Deputy Director of Virtual Outreach), Cynthia McKinney for President 2008, and Jill Stein for President in 2012 and 2016. From 2010 to 2014, Anita was elected and served on the Hillsborough County (Tampa Metro) Soil and Water Conservation Board. She won the seat with over 82,000 votes, at 38% of the total and spent less than $300 for her campaign. At that time, she was the only elected Green Party member in Florida and later served as a delegate to the national organization and as the Green Party of Florida's co-chair.
Anita has broadcasted and produced several radio shows and podcasts. She is currently a contributor, photographer, interviewer and reporter for the online magazine, ROCK AT NIGHT and serves as the Managing Editor. In 2017, she brought SOFAR SOUNDS to Tampa and curated public events and small concerts for almost two years. In her spare time, she often explores wild places such as rock concerts and calmer green spaces with her camera.

It’s not enough to just be a community. The Quality with which we create our communities is what counts. It’s about WHAT we manifest. Because we manifest 100% 24/7. The question is, ‘what’!
The same with evolution, it’s not random. It’s a result of every action we take, be it intentional or not. How aware we are defines the quality with which we manifest.
