If everyone stopped eating the processed foods that they sell in the stores and started eating according to their biological anatomy then nobody would get sick making the hospitals and pharmaceutical companies crash and lose all of their jobs and money because nobody is getting sick or dying anymore which is also the exact reason why they have to keep you sick
