Putting the Mayor of Malibu Paul Grisanti on Blast for his Cowardness

I'm creating a campaign in order to expose the Mayor and City Council of Malibu, California for being frauds and phoneys to the worst degree possible.
We need to expose the city of Malibu to the corruption of this city council.
