How to Freeze Dry Apple Slices

With the abundance of apples, we decided to make apple slices and freeze-dry them. In this batch, we decided to add some spices to them before we put them into the freeze dryer.

The spices we used are most of the ones you would use in making apple pies.

We used cinnamon, allspice, sea salt, and stevia. for the spices.
