Early In 2022 I was given a Direction/Mandate to wear a face covering while indoors and the
following is a story about how IT REALLY IS a notorious fact.
That I did not comply with any Directions
Hi my name is Leo, for 59 years I’ve live in the country town Narrogin in Western Australia, a
population of around 5000. I’ve run a business for over 33 years in the main street of Narrogin.
A lot of people know me and a lot of them knew I was not complying with any Directions/Mandates.
I actually made it well known.
Probably why the Police came to my business on numerous occasions....Of which I can prove I have
their BWC footage.
With the full approval of the Attorney General of Western Australia, I will provide an entire Court
Transcript of a CRIMINAL Court Case that took place in Narrogin Western Australia on the 22nd
August 2022. (Here is the letter of approval, which is required due to Copyright)
I will scroll through the entire Transcript, as per request of the Attorney General, read through at
your leisure, because it will be RELEVENT to the following questions. (Pause at each page if you like,
or you can fast forward to where I begin the questions)
Let’s quickly recap for the sake of it and then we will come back to some questions.
1) Did the accused, at any stage, claim that A THING did NOT EXIST? (take your time answering
as you may need to read the entire transcript again)
2) Would you agree that it is a fact that an ASSUMPTION is: A thing that is accepted as true or
as certain to happen, without proof? (let’s pause for a moment and look up definition)
3) Would you agree, based on the evidence before you, that the accused claimed “the
Direction is based on assumption”?
4) Regarding “the Direction is based on assumption” claim, can you tell me if this was dealt
with? (take your time answering as you may need to read the entire transcript again) And if I
may remind you, you can’t speculate, and any other beliefs and opinions are not relevant to
the story, you must only use the document before you, or basically what you have
witnessed.
5) Would you agree, from what you witnessed, that it is, really, a notorious fact that a
CRIMINAL minding his own business failed to cover his face?
6) Therefore, would you accept, that you could now say, it is true, that it is possible, there are
in fact 2 notorious facts within this CRIMINAL court case.
7) Is it possible that one of the notorious facts, you BASED ON ASSUMPTION?
