Tim and Nicki are back from North Carolina with some fun and tasty recipes! Blacken some Red Fish that they caught right off the coast, topped with some tangy Corn Relish. Cook up some clams to add to a creamy Clam Linguini with fresh herbs. And finish with a traditional (and moist!) Fig Cake recipe topped with Cream Cheese Icing.
