This is not a stand up version it is a table top version. Works great! watch oil level and temp and you can fry/cook anything! I did not buy mine from Amazon, I bought mine from a large retailer starts with a "W", great fryer though and paid $70.00.
Cant go wrong buying this fryer if your a serious cook!.

This makes amazing fried foods it is very fast to heat to temp warm weather 8 mins, in the cold it takes 12 mins. For outside use only it very messy but I’m a chef, so for The price it’s a get unit.
