Rep. Crow says U.S. aid to Ukraine not intended for border attacks

On Friday, Rep. Crow addresses U.S. participation in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine on the Situation Room. He said it’s been made clear to the Ukrainians that the U.S. does not want American aid supplies used in attacks across the borders.
