The original thermometer that came with original equipment broke easily. Hope this one lasts longer.

It is an oil thermometer....it shows the oil temperature...it certainly seems to work correctly... What more can I say...?... Thanks
Worked great, bought 3 to replace the ones that came on my R&V works deep fryer theirs fogged up, wish I would have bought complete unit from Bayou classic
