THIS HEALTHY TASTY LUNCH IT'S VERY QUICK AND EASY TO MAKE!
A simple, easy, tasty and healthy idea for lunch. Try making this salad with gorgonzola cream, you will be amazed.
Feel free to add or change some ingredients (do with what you like). But my combo was delicious!

CHECK THE FULL RECIPE:
Ingredients:
• Chopped or torn lettuce
• Grated carrot
• Shredded cabbage
• Diced cucumber
• Tomatoes cut in half
• Shredded chicken (thigh and drumstick or breast)
• Crutons (or sliced bread)
For the sauce:
• 160g natural yogurt or 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 90g of gorgonzola (reserve some pieces)
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1/2 lemon
• Black pepper
*The ingredients and quantity of the salad is your choice.
*It is not necessary to add salt to the sauce, as the gorgonzola cheese is already very salty.
Method:
In a pressure cooker cook the chicken. When cooked, drain the water and shred. Book in the fridge.
In the processor put the natural yogurt or mayonnaise, the gorgonzola cheese, the olive oil. Hit and book in the fridge.
Cut the buns, place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven at 180ºC and set aside.
Chop, grate, cut the salad ingredients and put all the salad ingredients, put the shredded chicken, the sauce in the fridge and squeeze the lemon half, mix very well, put the croutons when serving.
