It's not too late to serve the Lord. God still has a plan and a purpose for your life. God said to Joshua in Joshua 13:1 Now Joshua was old and stricken in years; and the Lord said unto him, Thou art old and stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed. The point that God was making to Joshua was that He still had work for Him to do. And God still has work for you to do my Christian friend.
