Still trying to balance out my body from that dumb injury that happened almost a year ago.
I've found that riding the line between training and overtraining comes from injury and experience. You have to push your boundaries if you want to progress and sometimes it gets a little sketchy. Don't be afraid to rest when needed, usually when you do, you come back stronger
