Being still before God is a challenge for any Christian, especially in the time that we live. High speed this.....instant that......perpetual motion from daylight to dark. We are by nature always moving about with our body and mind. God calls us to "Be still" and "Stand still" for a reason. He has things in store and things He wants to reveal to us when we practice and carry out being still before Him. Lord, teach us afresh how to do that each day as we come before You with our burdens and needs.
