Malai tikka pizza recipe:
Ingredients for dough:
Flour 2 cups
Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Water as required
Ingredients for white sauce:
Milk 2 cups
Flour 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Cream 1/2 cup
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients for chicken marination:
Chicken boneless 500g
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ingredients for pizza topping:
Mozzarella cheese as required
Cheddar cheese as required
Black olives as required
Sweet corns as required
Oregano for sprinkle
Chili flakes for sprinkle

Directions for dough:
In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and mix well.
Add water gradually and knead a soft tacky dough.
Cover it with cling and let it proof for 20 to 25 minutes or until double in size.
Directions for white sauce:
In a pan add butter, then add flour and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes by mixing continuously.
Now add milk, white pepper, salt, cream and cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until thicken.
When it’s reached your desired consistency set aside.
Directions for chicken marination:
In a bowl add chicken cubes, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, cream, black pepper, oil, salt, white pepper and lemon juice.
Mix well, set aside for 10 to 15 minutes then add in a pan and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Then heat a coal and smoke you chicken by covering it for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.
Assembling:
Divide dough into four equal parts and roll out one portion.
Place it on your baking pan, prick it with fork and spread white sauce on top.
Top it with cooked chicken chunks, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, olives, onion, capsicum and corns.
Lastly sprinkle oregano and red chili flakes on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Your tasty malai tikka pizza is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
