Are You Asking Me Or Telling Me?

These younger Gens always seem to make a statement as if they are unsure of themselves or like they are asking a question, like they are hunting for a consensus. If you are gonna make a statement make it sound like a statement, and not sound like a question. It's probably the soy they are drinking or something.
