Hysteria as Cristiano Ronaldo tours Singapore

Hours after confirming he will continue with Al-Nasr in the Saudi Pro League (SPL) for another season at least, star player Cristiano Ronaldo landed in Singapore for a two-day visit on Friday.

Ronaldo had a quick tour of the Singapore Botanical Gardens, a UNESCO world heritage site.

The Portugal star missed out on a title with Al Nasr despite scoring 14 goals after joining them in January.

In Singapore, Ronaldo is expected to link-up with Peter Lim, a philanthropist and owner of La Liga club Valencia.
