In the US there is a place to get
vitamin D blood test for $39...

vitamindcouncil.org

I started giving higher doses
Discovered that when blood level
passed 60, we all slept better
This is a clinical observation
"Between 60 and 80 is best for
someone having sleep disorder"

This has been consistent in my
patients...
-don't let your medical provider
simply recommend a dose
-everyone is different!
-need to get a blood level
-some had to get 40k IU a day
Myths:
'fat people need more'. NO
'you don't absorb it'. NO

Follow a patient over 4 years...
-they get fully healed
-sleeping better
-back to work
-pain is GONE
-gall bladder is healed
Suddenly they are on too much D
"Their body was sucking up so much
due to deficiency...Now they are OK"
-most normal people, winter: 8-10k
-summer: 4-5k

American Academy of Family Practice
won't give credit for taking any
course on vitamin D
-all other courses are OK
"They are suppressing education
on vitamin D"
-not currently accepted med practice
-will never be is doctors are not
given education on it

Our discoveries...
-outside in summer, so stop taking D
-levels go down to 35!
'outside light is not like in the past'
'we often are not directly in sunlight'
