Sen. Kaine addresses his amendment to debt limit bill removing the approval of a gas pipeline

Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) explained to reporters in Washington Thursday why he introduced an amendment to the debt limit deal that would strip approval for a 300-mile natural gas pipeline through his state. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) backed the provision in the bill that approves permitting for the Mountain Valley Pipeline.
