We asked if there was a connection to the iconic photo showing 23 powerful people in the Oval Office during 45's tenure, the phrase "23, now comes the pain" with 17, and the upcoming departure of the last individual besides 45 in that photo: General Mark Milley, who will be leaving his position this coming October. Could THAT be one of the 23's that were alluded to in 17 drops?
