Al brings diverse experience from male-dominated industries, and as a professional musician. His music and healing voice, combined with teachings from various spiritual leaders, guide his work as a musician, intuitive meditation facilitator, and support worker.

Elizabeth, with a background in mental health, fitness, and holistic practices, creates a compassionate and supportive space for healing. Her own journey of balancing the masculine and feminine, along with her deep study of The Gene Keys, informs her work as a meditation facilitator, hypnotherapist, and life coach.
