20230531 Developing New Habits to Avoid Old Pains

I’ve gone through this back pain problem twice in the last eight months. I my joke about being old friends with pain, but that’s too much, too often. I need it to stop.

To get it to stop, I know what I need to do, the problem is in the doing.

So, I need to develop new habits, to add things to my daily “must do” list, to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

To do that, I turn to the writings of Ray Edwards and James Clear, to learn from their motivations and methods.
