Easy Blueberry Lemon Loaf Recipe

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons lemon rind
1 pint fresh blueberries

In a large bowl sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
Place butter in stand mixer bowl.
Beat on medium and add suger.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour mixture then add milk on low.
Stir in lemon rind and blueberries.
Pour into greased 9x5" loaf pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
