Watch and learn as we process our 6 forest pastured pigs that we raised this season.

In the end, we were able to harvest over 1000 pounds of food with the help of some local homesteaders and Dan Profitt of Butcher Pete's Mobile Meats, who I would consider the finest mobile butcher in southern New Hampshire or New England.
