Pasture Raised Vs. Conventional Pork Chops

When it comes to discussion of pig feed, the opinions are as varied as they get.

Our approach has always been to put the nutrition of our animals first and let others have it out over the trendy or cheap options out there. Raising healthy animals and producing high quality, consistent results is our end goal. With that in mind, we always feed our pastured pigs a complete hog feed as their main ration. We did a side by side taste test with only me knowing which was which. The results were surprising.
