Realized last week that a major reason for a masculine presence, is the teachable moment. I am always thinking about things my kid does and how I can get her to learn from mistakes. Whether that be falling off a scooter, running in the house and falling, jumping off the couch, yes, I let her do that too. My thoughts have always been, how do you know what isn't a good idea, truly know it isn't without trying it? That's how I learned my best lessons in life from a kid to now.
